Entroncamento, Portugal

The various railway professions needed to adapt common utensils to the needs of everyday life, and for this purpose they adapted different containers for personal use. The pressure cooker was one of those utensils. Used by drivers or firemen, it had a special nozzle so it could be connected to the steam locomotive's boiler pressure circuit, taking advantage of the heat from there, allowing the cooking or heating of food.
