A stand is erected beneath the low arch, connecting two pilasters. The upper part of the intercolumnar space has a curtain as a background. The bottom of the stand is formed by an altar mensa or a kind of table. The upper part is formed by six concentric and convex ledges upon which candlesticks are displayed. A bracket in the top center shows a cup-like vessel standing before a glory of rays and between candle brackets with nine candles each. The scale "Scala di Palmi 20 Romani" is written in black ink at the bottom.
