Black and white photograph of a woman, identified as Mary Louise Rogers, standing to the right of the "General Land Office" diorama, in situ in the Interior Museum. She is in left profile, peering into the scene. She is wearing a dark, short-sleeved dress. Her proper left hand, wearing a wristwatch, rests on the lower edge of the diorama case. The photograph was taken for publicity purposes and was one of several released to the press in advance of the museum's opening in March 1938.
