Qalamdan (Pen-case)

This Qalamdan is an attractive example of a damascening or koftgari work. The qalamdan’s lid and side walls are highly decorated, however it is plain from inside. The box has a slightly raised lid with curved edges, flat top, which has two elongated mihrabs containing Persian inscription.
