Photogravure depicting Queen Victoria receiving the news of her accession, at Kensington Palace on 20 June 1837. The Archbishop of Canterbury, William Howley, stands to the left, and the Lord Chamberlain, the Marquis Conyngham, kneels in the centre. Signed in pencil by the artist with a facsimile signature of Victoria. This photogravure was published to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 1897.
