This marble statue of Queen Victoria, sculpted by Matthew Noble, was dedicated by Maharaj Khanderao Gaikwad in 1846. The statue was unveiled in 1872 and once stood at Fort, Mumbai. It was brought into the Museum's East Lawn in 1965.
