Choreographer: Peter Quince

Painter Peter Quince experimented with living material in his choreography 'Quintessense'. Quince approached the piece as an artist instead of a choreographer. He was inspired by mechanic movement and repetition. This is visible in the decor, which consists of projections of digital clocks that tell the time, but also dictate the dancers on how to move. In Quince’s own words: the choreography becomes a visualization of time.
