Real Fossil - Jurassic 150 Mya - Warm Springs Ranch, Thermopolis Wyoming
This caudal vertebra was discovered in the "Road Kill" Quarry. All fossils are meticulously mapped and catalogued in the field, preserving the information of the site long after the dinosaur bones have been removed. The small ruler is a scale bar, so the size can be clearly indicated in photographs.
