Alessandro Bianchi (1851-1912), was a law graduate from Pavia. He became a well-known lawyer, vice-president of the Patronage for Accidents at Work, Councilor of the Charity for Economic Kitchens (built in order to offer meals at low prices to workers and poor families), member of the Commission for Legal Advocacy, received the title of knight of the Crown of Italy.
