Radio

This is the last of a series of five round radios produced between 1934 and 1945. This model came out just after the war and was exhibited as part of the ‘Britain can make it’ exhibition. The purpose of the exhibition was to show that after the war Great Britain was still ready and willing to push forward with new innovations. The radio has a plastic enclosure and three knobs for adjusting the frequency and volume.
