This reliquary in the shape of a tabernacle, with rectangular base, sits upon four feet of flat wood and is structured in three sections. Each of these is decorated with applications in silver, containing inset stones of various colours and shapes. Between the first and second body, a row of "crux decussata" and flowers covers the whole surface.
