Harp made in northern Italy, ca. 1550 (NMM 3387). This diatonic harp is fitted with 30 gut strings. The back is a shallow sound box carved in linen-fold pattern. The pillar is carved in a grooved pattern. The harp's high crown is a 20th-century replacement made when the instrument was restored in the Bisiach Workshop in Milan, Italy. Height 141.8 cm.
