Printed account of a debate between Teresa Billington-Greig, representing the Women's Freedom League, and Margaret Bondfield, representing the Adult Suffrage Society, on the subject of sex equality versus adult suffrage. In the debate, Billington-Greig proposed the resolution that enfranchising women on exactly the same terms as men is the quickest way to achieve real democracy, which Bondfield refuted, as this would only enfranchise a limited number of women. Billington-Greig's resolution was then put to the meeting and was carried 171 in favour, 139 against.
