On the left breast are seven decorations: Order of the Golden Fleece, badge of the three Orders (Christ, Avis and Santiago da Espada), Our Lady of the Conception of Vila Viçosa, Valor and Loyalty, Imperial Order of the Cruise, Order of Malta and one not identified.
Dom Pedro I (Queluz, October 12, 1798 - Queluz, September 24, 1834), the first Emperor of Brazil, from 1822 until his abdication in 1831, and also King of Portugal and Algarves as Pedro IV between March and May of 1826.
