Ripper Street Season 4 - Costume wron by Charlene McKenna as Rose

In series 1 and 2, Rose worked for Long Susan in a brothel. Series 3 sees
Rose leave Long Susan’s employment to gain fame and fortune as a singer
in the local playhouse.
In series 4 Rose is married to Inspector Bennett Drake (Jerome Flynn). Rose
now has the stability and the love she always (with optimism) longed for and
a new found status in Whitechapel.
‘I wanted to portray this by designing a more conservative, mannered
costume, with softer fabrics and a more subtle palette to her previous
clothes’.
