Knotted pile woven rug; central medallion of stylized flowers on a diamond floral diaper patterned field (golden-yellow, light yellow/tan, reddish brown, white and light blue on a dark blue ground); border around all four edges consists of narrow bands of light yellow/tan and light blue, followed by two narrow patterned bands: small white flowers with yellow centers on dark blue and a golden-yellow zig-zag on a reddish brown ground with white spots; this surrounded by a narrow blue band, a wide band containing stylized cloud, mountain and sea forms, and three final bands: narrow dark and light blue and wider dark blue; wool pile and wool weft on a machine-spun plied cotton warp; asymmetrical knots.
