Shrouded skirt with waistband worn by Carmen Miranda. Waistband in yellow tulle embroidered with sequins and gold plungers and colorless rhinestones forming squares. In the waistband, three rows of colorless rhinestones and openings forming triangles throughout. Skirt fabric in yellow tulle embroidered with gold sequins, floral motifs, and applications. Beam in nylon lace and metallic threads with rows of sewn golden sequins. Beneath the tule, two layers of fabric: the first in woven of gilded metallic threads and the other in gray and yellow nylon fabric. Metal ladder on the beam. Zip closure and back hooks.
