'Said and Done' is about friendship and longing on one hand, and about the blaring reality of everyday situations on the other. With violent, twisting gestures, four dancers declare themselves masters of the stage, only to ultimately make room for three couples who render their variation of impassioned helplessness in duets. The ballet, that Sol León and Paul Lightfoot dedicated to Hans van Manen, is a serene work with a unique design and brilliant transitions.

With thanks to the Lanificio Tessilclub Firenze for their kind and speedy co-operation in providing the material for this production.
