A scene from the Bayeux Tapestry depicting servants bringing food to the soldiers of William, Duke of Normandy's army as a bishop blesses the food and drink. To the right of the soldiers' table, Duke William sits beneath a canopy with two men who are identified as Odo and Robert. A messenger can be seen telling the Duke's men to build a motte and bailey at Hastings. A border decorated with different types of animals runs along the top and bottom. Latin text above the scene reads "UN TRI HIC FECERUN PRANDIUM HIC EPISCOPUS CIBU ET POTU BENEDICIT ODO EPS WILLEM ROTBERT ISTE JUSSIT UT FODERETU"
