This sculptural ceramic bottle represents snakes, displayed on both fronts of the art piece. These snakes have feline fangs, and appendixes flow out of their mouths. Their body is decorated with concentric circles that resemble their body spots, and which are also symbols of water. Snakes in the Andes are animals that express the animating force of the inner world or underworld. (UH)

Esta es una botella escultórica de cerámica que representa serpientes, dispuestas en ambos frentes de la pieza. Estas serpientes tienen colmillos de felino, y flujos que salen de su boca. Su cuerpo está decorado por círculos concéntricos, que se asemejan a sus manchas corporales pero que a la vez son símbolos de agua. Las serpientes en el mundo andino son animales que expresan la fuerza animadora del mundo interior o mundo subterráneo. (UH)
