This fragment of the wooden panel is showing the lord Buddha seated on the lotus throne in the posture of Vajrasana and hands in vyakhyana mudra or preaching style. On his right, Avalokitesvara is standing on the lotus stand and his right hand is in abhaya mudra. He is holding with his left hand a vase (amrtakalasa). Left portion of the panel is missing. Probably, figure of Mahasthamaprapta was carved on the left of the Buddha. The figures show elements from ancient Gandhara region.
