Shawl of fine cream hand-knitted wool. Openwork with decorative mesh borders and motifs. In the centre, a panel consisting of two fancy patterns are arranged in stripes, within borders of two other patterns. Broad border of tree-like forms alternating with small plain strips, each containing three openwork diamonds on a mesh ground. Around this are further narrow bands of pattern and a scalloped edging.
