Oil Painting of Sewall ship Freeman Clark. Starboard broadside view of the ship caught in a squall, the few crew that are visible seem to be struggling to furl the sails. Majority of the sails are set except for the fore and main royals and the mizzen course, topgallant and royal. Sky is stormy and seas are heavy. Small spit of land with lighthouse off the starboard bow. Lower right has a symbol-like signature -- a "T" flanked by two dots.
