Horizontal sheet depicting a large boat with two striped masts near or beached on the shoreline. It is possibly a clipper ship with its third mast broken. Its stern faces the viewer and on the rocky beach smaller boats are beached and figures seem to load or unload cargo to the larger boart. In the distance at right is the triangular gray sail of another boat, and an open body of water beyond.
