Lower portion of one of four or more lengths, composing panel set used in repeating fashion in rooms at Royal Pavilion. At bottom, horizontal wave design above which, at right, is half a large flower. Rest of field filled with pairs of dolphins, star fish. Printed in yellow on deep yellow ground.
