Sailing ships, sailboats and side-wheeler in Lower Bay and southern tip of Manhattan in distance. This scene enclosed in rectangle, alternating with decorative cartouche shape enclosing motif of eagle in flight carrying "E PLURIBUS UNUM" banner. Printed in grisaille, black, white and lime green.
