Skylark exhibition at the Science Museum

The Skylark rocket was used by scientists to investigate Earth’s upper atmosphere and carry out cutting-edge space research. Over nearly 50 years a total of 441 Skylark missions were launched, making it one of the longest and most successful rocket programmes in the world.
