Slide, Dresden's Frauenkirche

Hand-painted glass lantern slide depicting the original Frauenkirche, used in New York Philharmonic Young People's Concerts. The cathedral was built in 1738 but destroyed in Allied bombing of Dresden in February 1945. The cathedral was later restored and reopened in 2005.
