Long Description: "The painting is a narrative depiction by a painter from Upper Austria; it could be attributed to the Master S.H. The faces of Apostles bidding farewell, their bodies poised in pathos, express sorrow and fear of being destined for martyrdom. Only St. Andrew paces across the bridge towards the city gates, St. Jacob Sr. kneeled down to bind up his leg, and St. John the Evangelist drinks from the flask." (dr. Polona Vidmar)
