It has a dodecagonal tabletop and an edge both carved from one piece of wood. The surface is adorned with an inlaid mother-of-pearl design of landscapes. The bottom consists of eight engraved side panels, which are decorated with an inlaid mother-of-pearl design of flowers and landscapes. Four side panels are open-worked with a “卍” shape.
