The year 2000 saw the development of some new concepts. Some of these, such as serving a cocktail inside a drinking straw, were unsuccessful. However, Lucky Huber, one of the designers in the elBullitaller team, took the idea a step further, acquiring straws of different thicknesses and sizes to experiment with.
