Social Fabric felt workshop, one of the concept sheets that came out of the workshop for cross-disciplinary creatives, "the huddle"

During the felt workshop, creatives responded to Paul Edmunds' non-traditional techniques for making felt. Mignon Hattingh, Sue Kingma and Cebo Mvunbu (who were experienced felters who made made small-scaled objects) consider the possibility of making a chair out of felt. Felted into the chair would be LED lights and when someone sits it would close the electricity circuit to provide ambient lighting.
