The porcelain from Yaozhou Kiln in the Song Dynasty was highly loved by people, in line with the elegant taste of literati at that time. Song people ate tea, arranged flowers, tasted delicious food, and their diet became full of artistic style. This carved vase has lifelike flowers. The smooth lines are typical artifacts of the Yaozhou kiln, and are important physical materials for our research on the porcelain making process of the Yaozhou kiln.
