Steam loco

Darjeeling Himalayan Railway's B792 enters Darjeeling town at dusk. The steam engine takes eight hours to complete its uphill journey from NJP station in the plains. However, steam locos now operate only between Ghum and Darjeeling – a distance of 8 km. It takes an hour for the heritage engines to complete the trip.
