Street fronts in Praça Almeida Garrett (Almeida Garrett Square)

The city is mostly made up by nineteenth century buildings, straits and highs, covered with tiles and with shops on the ground floor, which typify the nineteenth-century architecture. The apparent regularity of the street fronts that this architecture creates, giving to the city a nineteenth-century bourgeois taste, it is sometimes enlivened by other facades of marked decorativism.
