Stretching Aso-Oke (Traditional Ironing)

This sculpture is life size and made in bronze, it depicts the traditional method of Ironing clothes. Back then, the aso-oke will be laid on a stone and hit with a hard metal like stick. Eventually it will begin to straighten.
