STS-102 flight deck activity during rendezvous ops with the ISS

STS102-322-003 (10 March 2001) --- The STS-102 crew members huddle on the flight deck of the Space Shuttle Discovery during rendezvous operations with the International Space Station (ISS). Astronaut Andrew S.W. Thomas, mission specialist, is at center frame. Astronaut James M. Kelly, pilot, is seated at the commander's station.

Usachev is assigned to assume command of the Station when a crew exchange is accomplished later in the week.
