In a large room we can see a Sufis meeting in which Muslim religious -mullahs- and two Hindu ascetics are joining -sanyasi-. One of them is upside down, suspended from his feet by a rope, meditating in the foreground of the scene. Another ascetic talks with Muslim mystics, who have closed books in their hands. The scene may be related to an episode from the life of the mystic Zul Nun Misri (d. 890), who agreeded with Sufism after a meeting with an ascetic suspended from the feet of a tree. The border belongs to a copy of another manuscript, the Farhang-e Jahangir.
