This is an ornate two handled silver cup with lid on a Bakelite plinth. It was presented by State Centenary Executive Committee for the winner of the South Australian Amateur Swimming Association 100 Yards Centenary Championships 15 December 1936. There is no name or time engraved on cup.

- Provenance: The centenary committee were responsible for overseeing the celebrations that marked 100 years since European settlement. These included a Centennial Empire exhibition, a re-enactment of the landing, a floral festival and numerous sporting events.
