Landscape, as the favourite theme of Tsang's work, has been given additional attention to the composition of objects. It is not so much about adhering to physical principles but creating tensions through placement of objects. The relationships between objects are associated with their distance, placement and size, which induce the viewers to make their own imagination and interpretation. The landscape painting is therefore not a description of a specific time and space but an analogy or materialisation of the artist's poetic mindscape.
