Tangsa community is an ethnic community of north-east India. This photograph is of New Yumchum village in Changlang district of eastern Arunachal Pradesh. They are a very colourful community with gorgeous bright coloured dresses, ornaments and weaves of specific patterns and colours signifying their identity. The men are good hunters, and experts in cooking their traditional cuisine.
