Tank kicker for AA beam

The new pick-up for the AA stack-core stochastic cooling system (1-2 GHz). The rows of slots couple the field accompanying the antiproton beam into coaxial lines behind the slots, and the resulting signals are transmitted to sum and difference networks outside the vacuum tank.
