CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- In the NASA News Center annex at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, social media participants listen to a briefing by Acting Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration Jeanne Holit, left, and NASA Administrator Charles Bolden. The social media participants gathered at the Florida spaceport for the launch of the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite, or TDRS-L spacecraft.
