Te pido un verano más [I ask you one more summer]

Two objects inherited from my mother, one from each grandmother. A vase and a small table. Their selection and relevance not only have to do with the role my mother gave them –since they were familiar– but also with the disposition that they had at home. I feel like I must protect them, so I design complex, repetitive, meticulous and varied operations, almost like an obsession. Two objects cherished by my mother, inherited after her death. A vase and a small wooden table. I build an exoskeleton around them in order to keep the memory of the inherited pieces. A fragile structure built through a rigorous procedure.
