Vertical, rectangular piece made of pink velvet. It features a stenciled plant design in beige, divided in half by a central, vertical band consisting of a series of alternating pomegranate motifs scattered among a floral motif. It is lined with purple fabric.

It replicates Renaissance designs. Fortuny has made a clear attempt to imitate the covered seams used to join pieces of material in the Renaissance period with a central line, as it matches the width of the fabrics of that time.
