Green & white float on Main Street in Moscow, Idaho. Text on side of float says "Which Way?", on the front of the float "THE ATOM" with Greek letters delta sigma phi below text. Small number 54 on front of float. Appears to be a paper representation of an atom bomb explosion and a wire framed atom on the back of the float. Text on building signs in the background include "Ad Club", "Idaho Hotel", and "B.P.O.E" (Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks). Small family groups line the street. Building in background located at 112 North Main, man is at window of building.
