The candelabra shape of the fruit body of the crown coral fungus Artomyces pyxidatus catches the eye with its complexity. This fungus, in Poland threatened with extinction, was growing on a broken branch of a beech tree in the proposed “Szachty” nature reserve in the Beskid Niski region.
