At the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, the crewmembers who will round out the Expedition 30 crew on the International Space Station pose for pictures December 16, 2011 following the final checkout of their Soyuz TMA-03M spacecraft in its integration facility. Flight Engineer Andre Kuipers of the European Space Agency (left), Soyuz Commander Oleg Kononenko (center) and NASA Flight Engineer Don Pettit (right) will launch on Dec. 21 for the station from Baikonur to begin a five and a half month mission.
