The Evening News - Newspaper

Internees based at Alexandra Palace through the First World War were able to keep up to date through newspaper coverage. This paper was printed less than a month before the armistice, however internees had to wait before been cleared for release and the final internee did not leave Alexandra Palace until 1919. It was found during restoration work in the Theatre in 2017.
