The Gala Livery

A gala livery for the butler and footman at Hallwyl House prior to 1921, when Walther von Hallwyl died and the servants took to full black livery. The livery consists of a black wool tailcoat, yellow velvet vest and black velvet breeches. The buttons are adorned with the Hallwyl coat of arms.
